Installation Guide for HubSpot

Step1:Copying the HTML Codes

• Open the HTML file of your email signature in Chrome and ensure it is opened in Chrome.
• Locate the "Click me to Copy HTML Codes" button and press it to copy the HTML Codes.
• Once clicked, a dialog box will appear to ensure the HTML source code is copied successfully.

Step2:

1. Navigate to the Settings in HubSpot.
2. Select General Settings, then go to Email.
3. Locate and click on Edit Email Signature.

Step3:

1. Paste the HTML code into the provided field. Your signature should now be visible in the preview.
2. Click the Save button to finalize and install your signature.

Your signature is now installed.
